Peggy joined Thompson Davis & Co. in 2016 and is currently Chief Compliance Officer.

She began her research career in 1997 at Wheat First Butcher Singer as it was being acquired by First Union Bank. In 1999, Peggy joined Scott & Stringfellow, Inc., as it was being acquired by BB&T. During her 16 years at what became BB&T Capital Markets, she worked in the equity research department as editor, publishing manager, and supervisory analyst. 

A Richmond native, Peggy earned a bachelor’s degree in English and journalism from the University of Richmond and has her FINRA Series 7, 87, and 24 licenses.
